Anatomy TV

Academic staff and colleagues from Learning and Information services attended a demonstration of Anatomy TV. Which is a great electronic resource available to all staff and students of the university; accessible with your Athens password. If you are a nursing, radiography, physio or occupational therapy student this resource could be a benefit to you.

Anatomy TV has a series of anatomical images taken from real people, everything from cross-sections of the head to moving image files of the knee. They can all be used in an educational context to illustrate essays, reports or presentations. If you are preparing for exams there is a comprehensive study guide section, which is a great place to start. As its online, you can access the resource 24/7 and from anywhere with internet accesss.
